I'm so thankful the homeowner where we were staying recommended for a surprise birthday dinner for two of our traveling party of 8! It was so easy to make the arrangements ahead of time before we left the US and Tez's recommended menu was spot-on after we had a quick phone call. The food and presentation were phenomenal - so much so, we arranged for a second dinner during our stay. I highly recommend Tez not only for his culinary excellence, but for what a genuinely nice person he is and how easy it was to work with him. Thank you Tez !!

I have used Tez Abbott for the last few winters when we have resided in Cabo. If only I could have access to him in the USA! Tez is so creative- his presentation is wondeful and the food delicious. Tez uses only fresh organic ingredients -he shops that day at the local markets. The staff that Tez brings with him is very professional and attentive. When they leave our home - it is as if no one has ever been there. Everything is cleaned up and put away - etc. It is very relaxing for me as I am usually a nervous hostess. Finally- you will not find a kinder more charming laid back chef then Tez! He just makes everything more fun! along with the most fabulous creative dishes !

We stayed in the Querencia area and were given Chef Tez's contact info and so happy for it. We planned a surprise B-day dinner for two friends in our party of 8 and had a fantastic dinner, so good we booked Chef Tez another night while we stayed at Casa Bahia Del Sol. Here is the Friday menu in case you are interested. Chef added an additional stuffed ricotta tempura squash blossom, Amazing....

Tez did the catering for my husbands 70th birthday party. Logistically it was very challenging as the party was on a beach way out on the East Cape with no amenities, but Tez made it happen! It was like we had our own little Mexican restaurant right on the beach! His staff would walk around with trays of delicious appetiser's while we sat and watched the surfers....That was such a nice touch.... The food was amazing and every detail was taken care of....I would highly recommend Tez no matter how big or small your event

TEZ......The perfect answer to a cocktail or dinner party in our Casa Quintessa! I enjoy cooking and our kitchen is the heart beat of our home. I have always been "territorial" when it comes to having another "chef" take over. That all changed when Tez put together a cocktail party for 18 of our golfing friends who were in town for a five-day stay in Los Cabos. We opened our home to Tez, his gracious, professional team and our friends. Cocktails, fabulous wine, and absolutely delicious hand passed hor'derves presented with warmth and genuine smiles topped the evening's sunset. With our home's open kitchen many of our guests watched and chatted with Tez as he personally put together each dish. Everyone truly enjoyed this delicious" appetizing" treat before heading to their final dinner of the trip. Actually, no one wanted to leave our home! The best part for me was knowing in my heart this party was a total success and that when my husband and I returned to our home after dinner out with our friends, Tez who always has a smile on his face, would have my kitchen clean and tucked perfectly back together for the evening.
